Recently, there has been consistent good news from overseas markets. The first and second phases of the Long An project in Vietnam and the Yonglu 2 Industrial and Logistics Park Phase I in Vietnam, both constructed by Megaspace (Megasteel Group), have been successfully completed and delivered. These projects have achieved LEED Gold Certification due to their exceptional adherence to green building standards and sustainable design practices. Notably, they are among the few projects in Vietnam that have been designed and constructed in compliance with U.S. NFPA standards while also attaining LEED Gold Certification.
